Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. Please note that bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Geothermal heating/cooling. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out.

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Coffee bar with all of the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. You can even get your exercise in with using the treadmill.

The loft features 1 large bedroom with one queen and one full bed, a large living space with a day bed, one bathroom with a corner shower and a bathtub, and an equipped kitchen. This unique loft faces the Cayuga Seneca Canal. There is a common sitting area on the porch, just outside the loft, where you can savor a glass of local wine while enjoying the view of the canal and the National Women's Hall of Fame.

Our house is located directly across from the Hobart and William Smith athletic fields, a short walk to main campus and Bristol Field House. Perfect for visiting parents! In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
