Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Salt City Urban Retreat

Built in the 1800s, Urban beauty. Clean/private/cozy suite for working or traveling individuals to rest for the night without breaking the bank. Also suitable for couple retreats, vacationers, holiday guests. 2 guests max, but happy to accommodate additional guests with advanced notice & additional fees. All guests must be declared in the reservation. Additional $120 per night, per person for any un-authorized guests. Conveniently located within 5-10 miles of main attractions & amenities.

Carriage house studio/book nook

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
