It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. This 1900 Farmhouse is situated just minutes from downtown Senoia on a picturesque street with a barn, lots of outdoor living space and availability for special events. The home features 16 foot ceiling, original molding, mudroom now a bath/laundry area, a loft that's great for kids or a wedding party. The home has been renovated but still has all of the charm of a 1900 original farmhouse setting. The interior is a completely open living, dining, kitchen floorpan that's great for entertaining.

Just 5 minutes from interstate 85. It is an easy 20-25 minutes to the Atlanta Airport and 30-35 minutes to Atlanta; Tyrone has been called "The Happiest Town in Georgia." Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Our suite sits across the street from Lake Peachtree and is located in the heart of PTC. Our unit includes a queen bed, sofa bed (for groups of 3+), kitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. A great place to stay for business or pleasure. Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Ask about renting our golf cart to really experience the charm of PTC!

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

In view of the main house where hosts reside, this carriage house styled guest suite offers a king sized bed plus a trundle with two single beds for up to 4 people. Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.

One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.
