Aunque está en la parte interna del edificio, el apartamento es muy luminoso ya que las ventanas del salon y del dormitorio dan a la terraza y ésta a su vez al patio de luz del edificio.

El apartamento está en el Arenal de Sevilla, localización excelente. A escasos minutos andando de la Catedral y el Alcázar, y muy cerca de restaurantes. Como no vivo en Sevilla, Maria se encargará del check in. Explicará y resolverá todas las dudas. Debido a la normativa, os pedirá información para identificaros. Normalmente el check in es desde las 3 pm y el check out hasta las 11 am, pero intento ser flexibles.
