Shibu Onsen is a traditional hot spring resort with a townscape full of nostalgia. Established in the Meiji era, Ikariya Ryokan has been welcoming guests in the heart of historic Shibu Onsen for many years. There are nine public bathhouses in Shibu Onsen, and visitors staying at Shibu Onsen can enjoy a nine-bath tour also known as "yakuyoke-junyoku-sotoyu meguri".

These are affordable, cozy options for solo travelers or small groups. For 1–4 guests. Shared kitchen, shower, and toilet. No air conditioning. Pets not allowed.
