This bright, peaceful apartment is in a beautiful neighbourhood called 'Grizinkalns' (Griesen-hill), a UNESCO protection zone, and is close to the city centre. Perfect for your romantic weekend, business stay, or family wanting to explore Riga. Next to Grizinkalns park, with a renovated playground for kids and a large green area. On the other side of the building is the Daugava Stadium, a home for cultural and sports events of national importance. Free parking is available next to your doors.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner.
