Water views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing in the yard, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On the pier you may fish, lounge, launch your kayak, paddle board, etcetra. 10 - 20 minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

You will have access to our completely private attached guest home. Clark Hill Heights.

Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck. Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
