We are located close to local breweries, wineries , Salt Springs State Park and various recreational activities, and are 1/2 mile from The Barn at JJT Farm. We are approx. 15 minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Upgraded living spaces and new bathrooms highlight the union of modern conveniences with original aesthetic. There is no room for large trailers. Cars park on the road, not the driveway. Catch and release fishing. Non motor and electric trolling boats only.
