It offers 8 beds divided into 4 spacious rooms, a large double living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms, for a total area of around 300 square metres.

In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. La sua posizione è ideale per visitare il sud della Sardegna, senza rinunciare alla privacy e ad un contatto costante con la natura. La casa è circondata da un grande giardino in cui sono presenti: un frutteto ricco di agrumi e spazi in cui è possibile mangiare all'aria aperta.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
