The former estate of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Quinta da Belle Vista, is nestled in the Sintra Hills on Portugal's western mountain range. The apartment has a clean, minimal interior, balancing traditional character with a contemporary coastal feel. Our favorite spot: the hammock on the terrace!
