Το Seaside retreat house , βρίσκεται στο χωριό Παραλία Σεργούλας στον Κορινθιακό Κόλπο . Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . Η κατοικία ολοκληρώθηκε το 2022 και περιβάλλεται από ένα πανέμορφο φυσικό τοπίο και έναν υπέροχο κήπο που είναι στην αποκλειστική χρήση των επισκεπτών.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The stylish apartment is located in the heart of Nafpaktos, very much the perfect base from which to explore the city from. My apartment is in a quiet alley in the old town of Nafpaktos, merely some yards from the old Port of Nafpaktos, the Mpotsaris Tower, and Psani Beach. From the balcony, one can enjoy the great sea view and the view of the Venetian Castle of Nafpaktos. The apartment retains the unique character of the architecture of the old town of Nafpaktos.
