Tonella Farms offers a very private setting and guest suite at a newly established farm. Located 20 miles from Marquette and 30 miles from Munising and Pictured Rocks. Surrounded by forest that is open to recreational activities right out the door (hiking, biking, bird watching, x-country skiing). Only minutes away from Laughing Whitefish Falls and Eben Ice Caves. Snowmobile trail #8 is an easy 1.5 miles south along Dukes Rd, 6 miles on trail to gas in Rumely, plenty of space for trailers.

This cozy, 2 bedroom apartment is situated on our quiet 30 acre property 9 miles from downtown Marquette and 45 min from Pictured Rocks in Munising. The apartment is separate from our home. The apartment is above our barn, one flight of stairs. We have frontage on Big Creek which connects to gorgeous Lake Superior. We have kayaked and fished from our spot to the big lake. You will think of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the lake as your home away from home. Summer brings water sports, grilling and eating on the deck and enjoying sunsets over the lake. Winter months include accessing snowmobile trails from your front door, nearby downhill and cross country ski venues and snowshoeing. Curl up by a crackling fire at days end. Spring brings day trips to beautiful waterfalls. Fall brings hunting to mind. Plenty of wooded areas for bird and deer hunting.

The River House

The River House is a two bedroom cottage on the Chocolay River in Marquette, Michigan. It is adjacent to a bike path and walkway that runs through Marquette County, along the shore of Lake Superior. This cozy cottage has a deck and sun room with a view of the river, and is close to beaches, marinas, and the beautiful city of Marquette. The River House is a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Out of respect for our neighbors, we cannot accommodate snow mobiles on the property.

Built in 1974, this rustic and architecturally unique cabin is an all wood modified A-Frame nestled in the woods of the Upper Peninsula. Floor to ceiling windows and a lofted second floor allow natural light and gorgeous views of Lake Superior. Enjoy our sandstone swimming hole in the summer, or the cast iron wood stove in the winter. Located 20 minutes from Marquette and 30 minutes from Munising, our home offers a quiet place to relax and feel close to nature.

Rustic U.P. Retreat in Marquette

Custom log cabin in the woods just 15 minutes from downtown Marquette. Peaceful area yet close enough to go enjoy shops, restaurants and beaches. Great view of Lake Kawbawgam from the patio (no lake access). 40 minute drive to Pictured Rocks. Fire pit in the backyard and a fireplace in the living room available for use. Lower level has a bar with TV and game room with a ping pong table and dart board. Perfect space for families and great for snowmobilers!

Green Garden Depot

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is newly built home designed to resemble a train depot on the outside and made to be a comfortable and relaxing space inside. There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette. Due to allergies this a no pet listing.
