With its own entrance from the main street, the cottage is the perfect bolthole for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. This bijou cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and sits within minutes of all the village amenities and yet is entirely private.

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

My spacious and quiet garden flat at the centre of the village is close to the bars and restaurants and is the perfect base to enjoy Woodhall. The second bedroom is a double with a family bathroom. On site parking, secure bike store, private garden, log burner and your pet is welcome for a small extra cleaning charge.

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!
