Welcome to Kosmima, a beautiful gem set in the heart of Skiathos town. Carefully restored, this unique home sits 150m from both ports, close to shops, bars and restaurants. With its private courtyard you can relax in comfort. Kosmima sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. This is an old house and the ground floor has low ceilings (1.8m) so taller people may be more suited to the upper bedroom. The house has A/C, WiFi and USB charging points.

Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)
