Λόγω της τοποθεσίας του στην παραδοσιακή Χώρα, θα πρέπει να σταθμεύσετε το αυτοκίνητό σας σε προσβάσιμο χώρο για οχήματα. Η κατοικία είναι διώροφη και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως πέντε άτομα. Διαθέτει τρία υπνοδωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο στο ισόγειο.

In total the house has 3 spacious bedrooms each one with double beds and one of them has a loft with two single beds. The house has 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.
