A beautiful roomy studio in the Old Town This studio is in a pleasant neighborhood with pubs and restaurants nearby, and only 150 meters to the Royal Route. Fully renovated in 2013, our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2-4 travelers (one king size double bed and additional pull-out sofa). Fully equipped kitchen ncluding coffee machine, teakettle, and utensils for basic cooking. We also provide maps, guidebooks and other materials to help you get your bearings in Warsaw. Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

A luxurious loft-style apartment located in an over a hundred-year-old tenement house. Due to the extremely high ceilings and windows you can feel space and light. While designing the interior of our cosy accommodation, we tried to combine comfort with luxury. The bedroom has been separated from the living area, so up to 4 people can comfortably spend time here. The central location of this appartment is an excellent starting point for any excursions.

Charmed with the area we decided to build an unusual apartment in a vacant roof space. The ‘Soft Loft’ was created at the back of the most popular and energetic Nowy Swiat Street in the only building in the city with its own tower. It attracts attention with its simplicity, originally preserved bricks, textured plaster work and exposed timber.
