This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. A fun, lake view lake house situated on the banks of the Big South Fork River. You will love waking up each morning with a beautiful view of the river. Watch as the boats go out for a day on the water. Every where you turn, you are surround with beauty. We back up to the Daniel Boon National Forest. No matter the time of year you decide to stay, there is always plenty of hiking, fishing and site seeing to do. We are also right across the street from the pool.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. New circle concrete drive big enough to pull a boat through - no need to back up! Flat green space, spacious enough for parking RV or boat or for kids to play around. The side patio hosts a small charcoal grill, table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. Inside includes a full size comfy couch, table with 4 chairs, and a recliner chair. All TVs are Smart TVs! Non-smoking!

Quiet peaceful place. Off the beaten path. Back up to Daniel Boone national forest. Plenty of wildlife. Located in between lake Cumberland and laurel lake. Animals running around all the time. From deer, squirrels, rabbits and dogs. Even an occasional bear sighting. Hardly any traffic due to my place being the only one on road. Children can run around with minimal supervision. Just a quiet place off the beaten path.

Walk out on your master suite deck and have coffee with nature! Full size bathroom w custom tile. Back deck that overlooks woods and wildlife. Sometimes there is a neighbor who has a dog that barks a couple housss down, I’m sorry if it does, doesn’t happen often

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Convenient to just about anything. This home is located downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Within 8 minutes Walking to the town square. And a 10 minute drive to lees ford marina and under 15 minutes to Burnside marina. It is also less than 3 miles to the rural development center.
