The SoCo Cottage Collection 5 is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, one block off South Congress. It is set up as a studio, with a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, full bathroom, & electronic keypad entry. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. This space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed. Luggage storage available.

We are 2 miles from South Congress (best dining and shopping In Austin), 8 miles from the airport & 4.5 miles from downtown. When you stay here you will also have access to a dry/wet 8 person barrel sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, fire pit, laundry room, and backyard deck to sip your morning cup of joe (or tea). Our family lives in the main house, so no party animals, please.

It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.
