Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a 40 pet fee.

Welcome to The Woodshop on West Florida! Perfect spot to stop off on a road-trip with your pet. This 1,100 sq ft open-concept building has recently been equipped with everything you need for your trip to Union City. The Woodshop is located less than 2 miles from Discovery Park, 20 mins from University of TN at Martin, and we’re within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, boutiques and antique stores. NOT available for a long-term rental.

We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! The Peery House is our family home-place, built circa 1900, transformed into a quaint Airbnb. It is located on our farm, Springhill Family Farms in Western KY and is a great place for someone looking to get away from the busyness of life, looking for rest and relaxation or just looking for a unique, little farmhouse while passing through the area.

This little cottage is in a lovely historical area that is set on a dead-end street. History is abundant here. The cottage expresses the calmness and friendliness of the area. The cottage was built in the 50's and is sound and decorated in antiques of a French style. There are two patios to relax on in total privacy.
