Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

Nestled in a quiet north end Cornwall neighbourhood, just around the corner from the Ontario Hockey Academy and within close proximity to all city amenities (sports facilities, big box stores and restaurants). My home is 3 kilometres south of the 401, 3 kilometres north of the USA border and 25 minutes west of the Quebec/Ontario border. Key-less entry through the side door. Come and go as you please. Welcome to our cozy and stylish 2 to 3 bedroom basement apartment! Nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood, our space offers a comfortable retreat for your stay in Cornwall. Our apartment provides all the amenities you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. Note that we are expecting a baby in March 2026 and we live upstairs. You may hear the baby’s cries. About the space: Parking spaces, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (at an extra fee).

This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.
