This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

This basement unit has 2 bedrooms, a living/kitchen area, & bathroom with a front patio area. Gas grill and picnic table in the patio area for the family to enjoy meals together. There is a community washer/dryer in the building. The beach is 90' from your door. Amusement parks, restaurants, shopping, water parks, and of course...The famous Old Orchard Beach pier are all within 10 min walk to 10 min drive!
