"Salt Suite Cottage" Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our small, unique home is perfectly located to show the various landscapes that this area has to offer. The cottage allows you to rest your head in the quiet wooded area of Kitty Hawk Village after spending a busy day at the beach. This new construction is about 550 sq. ft. of private, spacious, living space with a hot tub and patio overlooking the greenery behind the property. It is a luxury! *2 guests only, No visitors

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.
