Nestled on a hill among the treetops, this tranquil, private space offers plenty of areas to relax on decks, patios, and around the pool. This 4-bedroom home is a 4-block walk to Dogwood beach & a short drive to Hillcrest Beach. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a few houses from the community playground/pickleball & a short bike ride to the town of Duck. Enjoy the sunrise from the treetop level deck as a great start to your day at the beautiful beach community of Southern Shores!

Blue Turtle: 2 pools/beach nearby/hot tub!

New! Free heat! Your private 12’x 25’ heated pool in Blue Turtle’s backyard. We are in Chicahauk, Southern Shores. Also, big 15’x 36’ heated pool next door at our residence, shared with us at times. In 2026, pools will be open from early April to 10/10. Hot tub at Blue Turtle is on second deck, and not shared. Only 10-15 minute walk to Skyline Beach , or 5 minutes drive to the Chicahauk Beach. Easy traffic -free access to nearby shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Dog and family friendly.

Sunlight fills this beautiful mid-century modern home that features 4 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms and a third Santorini inspired shower on the back deck. It is a short walk to the beach. The home is decorated with artwork and vintage decorations. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen and full bathroom. The first floor has a den, full bathroom and the 4th bedroom. We provide pillows and comforters. Bring your own towels and sheets. Money’s Worth Beach Equipment delivers linens.

We are only 1.8 miles from the Kitty Hawk Beach bathhouse and centrally located to many restaurants, food/convenience stores, and local shops.

Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Tidepool | Pool, Hot Tub & Private OBX Retreat

Tide Pool features an industrial-chic aesthetic of concrete floors, soaring 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and designer furniture. Notice the light fixtures salvaged from cargo ships and float in the luxurious private pool with glass tile and designer finishes. The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing in the shade. The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
