Nestled on a hill among the treetops, this tranquil, private space offers plenty of areas to relax on decks, patios, and around the pool. This 4-bedroom home is a 4-block walk to Dogwood beach & a short drive to Hillcrest Beach. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a few houses from the community playground/pickleball & a short bike ride to the town of Duck. Enjoy the sunrise from the treetop level deck as a great start to your day at the beautiful beach community of Southern Shores!

Blue Turtle: 2 pools/beach nearby/hot tub!

New! Free heat! Your private 12’x 25’ heated pool in Blue Turtle’s backyard. We are in Chicahauk, Southern Shores. Also, big 15’x 36’ heated pool next door at our residence, shared with us at times. In 2026, pools will be open from early April to 10/10. Hot tub at Blue Turtle is on second deck, and not shared. Only 10-15 minute walk to Skyline Beach , or 5 minutes drive to the Chicahauk Beach. Easy traffic -free access to nearby shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Dog and family friendly.

Chloe's Cottage - 7 minute walk to the beach

Nestled in the heart of Southern Shores, our house is tucked away from the typical hustle and bustle of the resort areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Duck, while being close enough for walk to the beach! A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon with your friends and family, without the headache of traffic and parking. The house has dedicated workspace, gas fireplace, 42-inch HDTV with YouTube TV, sound system, and fiber internet WiFi.

Stylishly remodeled! This designer decorated cottage is perfect for a family, group of friends, or couples getaway. The floor plan is open with lots of seating. Spacious decks are on both the front and back of the house, with a second level sunbathing deck and nice views of the ocean. Beach accesses are just a block away. You’re provided a beach cart, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella to enjoy your days by the ocean. The house is also a couple blocks from some great local restaurants.

The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.
