Enchanting 1 BR/1 BTH carriage house in Fort Wayne, close to amenities, but nestled amidst trees and wildlife for privacy and serenity. This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire house is yours to yourself!! Quiet friendly neighborhood with spacious backyard and off street parking. We have 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds- 1 soft pillow top mattress, and 1 firm memory foam mattress; to better suit guests different preferences. Smart TV located in the living room. We have an enclosed patio with monopoly table for play. Close to embassy theater, zoo, coliseum and more- We can help with easy directions!!

A farmhouse suite welcomes you! Enjoy a stay in a large private guest suite on the 2nd floor of our historic farmhouse. You'll enjoy a relaxed haven that feels like the country, inside the city! Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Sunset Ranch - Fort Wayne

Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.
