Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. At the end of the day you will reconsider about values and priorities. So be our guest.

Απολαύστε την διαμονή σας σε αυτό τον γαλήνιο χώρο στο κέντρο του νησιού! Το διαμέρισμα μας απέχει μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια, από το κεντρικό λιμάνι. Είναι ένας χώρος με θέα την κεντρική παραλία του Αγίου Μάμμα, κατάλληλος να φιλοξενήσει ζευγάρια και ολιγομελής οικογένειες. Ο χώρος διαθέτει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι, έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα, καθώς επίσης υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής βρεφικού κρεβατιού. Σε απόσταση μόλις 100 μέτρων βρίσκονται οι δυο κεντρικότερες παραλίες του νησιού!

Character Villa with Private Garden and Pool

Perfect for couples or families with older children looking for a quiet and romantic stay. Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Captain Ilias Mansion 1840

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

My brand-new apartment with a minimalist decor is located in Mandrakia within easy walking distance from the port of Ermioni (4 minutes). It is fully-equipped with two bedrooms (double-size beds), free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, a 50-inch smart TV (plus Netflix) and a huge balcony with a breathtaking seaview. We can offer you cleaning service on extra charge upon request.

The apartment is located a 10 minutes walk from the commercial center of the island in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is a comfortable, spatious, bright apartment with a romantic, vintage atmosphere. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/sitting area, balcony and terrace. I live next door and I am always at your disposal for anything you may need.
