The property is on 12 acres with 3/4 mile of water front and has a water slide, kayaks, SUPs, beach area, fire pit, volleyball court, and lots of porches. The 8800 SF home has a well equipped kitchen to accommodate a large group, and is child friendly with baby gates, pack n plays, booster seats & high chairs. Because of Louisa County regulations, we cannot host weddings, receptions, etc.
