Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Bright and roomy newer 34 foot fifth wheel with four slides that sleeps 4 comfortably. Full-size kitchen as well as bbq area. Propane fire pit set up to take in the great views, or stargaze. The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.
