Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a restored retreat with a story in every detail. Started by my free-spirited, hippie mom in the early 1980s, it sat unfinished for decades. In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. Today, it’s a peaceful escape to slow down, walk quiet dirt roads, and take in sunset views from the deck. Featured in 417 Magazine, it’s a one-of-a-kind place to unplug and reconnect. About 15 miles SW of Ava on Hwy 76 in Goodhope.

The Grainery with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.

The fully furnished log cabin will sleep 5 to 6 adults comfortably with one queen and three twin beds. Additional amenities include: full refrigerator, new stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer/dryer and small TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs with shower and bath tub. The cabin is on a working ranch surrounded by woods and pastures with food plots and wildlife ponds. It is a great place for 4-wheeling. We are very near 2 rivers which are great for kayaking.

Come stay on a family friendly working cattle farm with over 200 acres of beautiful landscape and gorgeous views. Enjoy your coffee/cocktails from the front porch of a turn of the century farmhouse while watching Southern Missouri's abundant wildlife including white tail deer, turkey, and other critters. We are also a pet friendly farm. The rear yard is fenced for the safety of your loved ones. There is a $10 per day per pet fee, which is due upon arrival.
