This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

Located on a 40 acre farm just a couple miles from interstate 94. You could walk to the grocery store or caribou but still have lots of privacy. Located on the snowmobile trail and an atv route. The house offers 2+ bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a nice fire pit in the large yard.
