Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Looking for a quiet peaceful getaway? Our Maine post and beam home is set on 7 acres of lake front. Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Our South Portland in-law suite is on a private floor & has its own private entrance at the back of the house. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with a fully stocked kitchenette and free parking. You'll love being only a 5 minute walk from Willard Beach and walking distance to 2 different lighthouses: Spring Point and Bug Light. You'll also be a 10 minute drive to Old Port. 3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage #3 is a one-bedroom (king bed) recently renovated well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with modern decor. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Full size washer dryer. A private fenced patio with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sandy beach. Yes we allow pets.
