Das Penthouse befindet sich auf zwei Ebenen mit einer 60 qm Terrasse die zur Hälfte überdacht ist und einem Rooftop.Das komplette Haus kann auch angemietet werden.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Pleasant ambience of a new building located in the center of Stobreč. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea and the islands of Brač and Šolta. With its two rooms the apartment can provide comfortable accommodation for families or business people. The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach, restaurants, shops and a bus stop. It's ideal for vacation, because you do not have to use your car when you park it on our private parking lot/garage.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
