In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Op de begane grond vindt u de ruime woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar de veranda en een open keuken, een hal met toilet en de trap naar boven en een bijkeuken met wasmachine en droger. Op de bovenverdieping bevinden zich 3 slaapkamers, een badkamer met whirlpoolbad en een finse sauna.
