Walking distance to a pub, restaurant and shops (15-20 minutes) 5 minutes drive to a cinema, leisure parks and retail units. This is the perfect accommodation if you are in York to enjoy a night out or explore the local sights and sounds.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 3 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Countryside location near to York

Nestled in the countryside just outside York, 'The Kennel' is a relaxing and peaceful retreat. This small but perfectly formed self-contained annex is set in three acres of newly planted woodland in which you can often see the Tawny Owls visiting to be fed from the feeding posts, dependent upon the time of year when you stay. There is a small orchard, wildlife pond and apiary housing up to 4 beehives which provide us with some delicious honey.
