The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains, a 4-minute drive from the ski resort. Cross-country trails are adjacent. Easy access to the state's most beautiful hiking and mountain biking, as well as swimming at Echo Lake and nearby golf. Three levels including a downstairs playroom, large yard, and front porch with the music of a babbling brook down the hill.

The home is easily accessible year round (no trucks or 4WD needed) has snowmobile trail access, and is minutes away from Bretton Woods Resort, and within 20 minutes to Loon and Cannon. Bring your family and friends for a weekend in the heart of the White Mountains, nestled in the woods off a winding dirt road adjacent to the river. The cabin is located across the street from Gale River and close to Franconia Notch State Park, Crawford Notch, minutes from Cannon Mountain and close to multiple other ski mountains, hiking trails, breweries, and many other attractions!

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.
