The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Our six apartment holiday house, together with the accompanying facilities such as a swimming pool, bowling, children's playground and a sauna offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Plaza Apartments are located in the center of Opatija, on the adress Maršala Tita 128, 30 meters from Slatina beach, the Opatija Lungomare promenade and many other historical sights of Opatija. They are located in a historic building which was completely restored and equipped in 2021. My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

The apartment is located in the very center of the town. Location is quiet but also in close proximity of restaurants, bars, and everything else that you would need to have a nice and relaxed vacation.
