The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.

The A419, A420, and M4 are all within easy driving distance. You can be in the town centre or The Designer Outlet in 10 minutes, Cirencester in 15 minutes, Lechlade and Fairford (ideal for the Air Show) in 20 minutes. And only a 45-minute drive to Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxford.
