Welcome to the heart of Orlando! Centrally located to everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation. A spacious 360 sqft studio with a private entrance including self check-in, a kitchenette, & multifunctional area for working remotely. Fits up to four people (1 queen size bed, 1 sleeper sofa). Located 10 mins from Orlando international airport, 15- 20 minutes from theme parks. Major highways 5 minutes away. Please note on Saturdays from 6-8pm you might hear music playing from the main house.

The apartment is located approximately 20 minutes away from the Theme Parks of the Orlando area. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 15 minutes away from the apartment. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home, it is a garage converted to apartment It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet or 30.6 square meters. There is a WASHER, not a DRYER. The parking spot is located outside in the driveway.

There have been several movie and other photo shoots done on property. Please text request and details, and we can negotiate fees. Our other AirBnB is just next door; Country gem horses close to Theme parks [link] Which is 1,000 sq ft and sleeps six.

A comfortable and prívate studio; you will feel like home. The arrival time is flexible, the check-out is at 10 am, if you leave at 10:05 or need extra time there is a charge of $10 dollars per hour

Its also a few min from Florida mall ,restaurants, food stores, International Dr , The convention Center is 6.5 miles , Theme parks as Universal Studios is 6 miles and Disney is about 25 minutes. The Orlando International airport is 6.5 miles from the house.
