Downstairs room with king bed as well as lakeview loft with two queen beds. Master bath with granite shower and whirlpool tub. Large cook’s kitchen with gas range and breakfast nook. Great mountain setting and our fast WiFi will allow you to stay as connected as needed. In winter enjoy 10 minute drive to Palisades Tahoe and 20 minute drive to Northstar!

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Across the street from a dog-friendly beach, famous Garwoods restaurant and pier, centrally located to all major north shore ski resorts (Northstar, Diamond Peak, Palisades/Squaw, Alpine, etc) and walking distance to kayak rental and Tahoe National Forest w/incredible hiking, biking, snowmobiling and snowshoeing trails, this home’s location couldn’t be better. We recently updated this home in the last few years & constructed a new loft & bathrooms—we love sharing it with guests!

This arrangement is ideal due to the space and beds. Due to the fire risk, we have a strict NO-Fireplace Policy. Although we have one, guests are not permitted to use it. No children under 4 allowed for safety.
