La Tiny House è immersa nei vigneti, il panorama è meraviglioso, è affacciata sulle vallate dell' Otrepo' Pavese e della Valtidone, è possibile mangiare all'aperto grazie ad una straordinaria pergola panoramica, ideale per sorprendere e rilassarsi.

After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

A delightful and peaceful home in the Oltrepo' Pavese area, surrounded by nature and with breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards. The house, located in the small town of Donelasco, is well positioned and close to tourist and cultural points of interest, as well as the Maugeri Institute in Montascano. Pavia is less than 40 minutes away by car, Piacenza 40, Milan and Alessandria about an hour.
