The studio is attached to the main house but completely seperate with independent access. The stunning beach is only 300 metres walk away via conveniently located walkways. The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

Take it easy at this private and tranquil getaway with farm views and a quick walk across the road to the beach. We welcome you to our home in Pukehina, newly built self-contained unit abutting the garage of our home. The unit with one bedroom features a kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living/bedroom and an outside deck with free outside parking. The studio has it's own private entrance and access away from the main house.

Beachside unit, short walk to shops/cafés and bars

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.

Only 8 min's drive to Papamoa surf beach and shopping etc. The cottage is in a peaceful, rural setting in the Papamoa hills, adjacent to our own house and yet private, we respect your privacy and keep non intrusive to your stay and space unless required. Only minutes driving away from the vibrant hustle and bustle of Tauranga/Mt Maunganui etc.
