Less than 10 miles to the beach and under an hour's drive from San Diego's and Orange Counties favorite tourist attractions (San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Lego-Land, Sea World, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm &many more) and close to Camp Pendleton. Or, enjoy the pool & deck for a swim or barbecue. Over 1800 sqft of space to relax and enjoy.

The kitchenette features a single-burner cooktop and an 8-in-1 bake/air-fryer, ideal for small meals. A signed release waiver is required.

Patio on the Pacific has beautiful ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. On a nice day in Oceanside, you can enjoy the sailboats going by on the Pacific from the couch! To relax and recharge, use the buildings pools and spas or enjoy the 5 min walk to the beach + strand. Enjoy working here with 200mbps Internet and a dedicated desk in the bedroom. Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor (accessible via elevator) of building G in the North Coast Village.

Oceanside Beach & Oceanview condo newly remodeled

Welcome to a newly remodeled ocean view condo steps to the beach in North Coast Village. Everything is brand new from the new stainless steel kitchen appliances with white quartz countertops to the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook a homemade meal if you choose. There is a coffee maker and coffee provided. A beach theme was used to decorate the entire condo that truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.
