Tiene un ventanal hacia las construcciones de adobe del vecindario y un cancel con salida a una terraza privada con vista a las montañas (La Ventanilla y El Sombrerito). La terraza cuenta con una hamaca, una mesa y dos sillas. Ventilación e iluminación excelente con baño decorado en mosaico azul, espejo de cuerpo entero y un pequeño ventanal floral a manera de vitral. El lavamanos es un ovalín triangular de piedra roja.
