Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris.

Relax at the R&R Retreat ~ Terrell, a 3BR/1BA home in a quiet country setting. Enjoy peaceful views of a nearby ranch pond and grazing cattle from the backyard. A perfect escape to unwind! Note: No pets allowed due to allergy concerns. Unauthorized pets violate house rules and will incur a $300 fee per pet.
