We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

This completely renovated cottage at Port Talbot is on Lake Erie, just 20 minutes west of Port Stanley. It is one of 3 homes located on this 400 acre property called the Port Talbot Estates. You will have lots of privacy as each house is well spaced away from each other. This luxury cottage has it all and is steps away from a beautiful Lake Erie beach. Locally, St. Thomas and Port Stanley have plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, breweries and local museums for you to explore!

Placed perfectly only a half block from the Thames River in the hidden architectural wonderland that is St Marys, Ontario is the recently renovated ‘Old Blue Cottage’. Just south of Stratford, 20 minutes northeast of London and a little under an hour’s drive from Kitchener-Waterloo you’ll find this quaint two-bedroom retreat; one featuring a bunk bed, and principle bedroom with a walkout to the covered back deck. It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Cosy Lakefront Cottage

Enjoy 150 feet of lakefront just outside the city limits. This fully remodeled cottage has fun for all to enjoy. There are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for those that live on the water. We also have floaties if you just want to lounge and relax by the water. In the winter months you can also bring your ice skates and enjoy skating on the lake and then coming inside for a hot drink by the propane fireplace. The 800 square feet of deck overlooks the water for all your needs.

This is a modern renovated non-smoking 3 bedroom unit (2 queen & 2 twin beds). The space was renovated and furnished with the Airbnb guest in mind. Tile and laminate flooring throughout. Everything was new and clean including a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Nice living room with large flat screen tv, Netflix and free high speed WIFI . Full kitchen with all the needed equipment. Two parking spots. There are table lamps with wireless & wired phone charging ports.
