The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Haarlem is only 10 minutes away, the Airport 15 minutes, while Zandvoort beach and Amsterdam can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The house is ideal for guests arriving by car. Bicycles is also available on site at your own risk.

Welcome in my cosy holidayhouse with a green garden. The park is located next to the dunes and within a 15 min walk through the dunes you'll arrive at the beach. It is possible to book the sauna for 40 euro's for half a day. There is central heating and pellet stove in the house so it is also warm in winter.
