The location is 10 - 15 minutes from the heart of vibrant Castro with many shops/restaurants and MUNI public transit – 30 minutes door-to-door to downtown or Moscone center. Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on Thursdays 9am-11am and across the street is on Wednesdays 12pm-2pm.)

If this is a concern, please stay with us after construction is complete. ** Our bright garden unit overlooks a lovely backyard area with fruit trees and native plants. It is an oasis in a big city. The apartment comfortably fits a couple or a small family. It is located on a cul-de-sac street that ends at lovely Duboce Park.

Garden cottage. Comfortable for work & relaxation for one or two. Quiet bedroom opens to your private deck & garden. Safe & vibrant Victorian neighborhood. Walk to international eateries, food markets, coffee shops & bars. 1.5 blocks to MUNI N Judah Line. Cottage is half way up a hill with a private entrance on the ground level. We live upstairs & offer privacy & assistance.
