Schroon River Cabin

One of two Adirondack guest cabins situated on a private three acres parcel with mountain views and private river access for swimming and wading. The property has park-like grounds with a private outdoor stairs that lead down to a wild Adirondack river. We allow guests to bring up to two pets for an additional pet fee. The cabins are located in a mixed use area of vacation and year round homes. Easy access from a paved town road. A short drive to stores, restaurants and Adirondack trail heads

The River Cabin

The River Cabin is a simple but beautiful original log home that has a gorgeous view of Schroon River and Schroon Falls. It is privately located on a quiet lot but also only 200 feet off of Route 9. This cabin was built in 1977, by our family. It has access to a private swimming hole where you can kayak, swim, fish or just hang out. This cabin has a full kitchen, living room with propane fire place, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The basement has a unique game room with poker table and bar.

Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. Horse-Views Apartment

Our cozy apartment attached to our garage can sleep 2 guests and provides a unique western vibe with views of our horses from the bedroom window. The property is roomy and private but also has two main houses and two barns within sight. We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room is very cozy with radiant heat in the floor during the winter. The separate entrance is off a covered porch. The porch has chairs and a table and is very pleasant in the warmer months The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal. We live in a historic building and our neighborhood is located very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe as well as skiing, hiking and biking are all nearby.
