Duck Cottage. Quiet country cottage in Waipawa

1 bedroom self contained cottage on a peaceful lifestyle block just outside the cute village of Waipawa. 30 Mins from Hastings and Havelock North and less than 10 from Waipukurau. 30 mins from gorgeous beaches. There are pet ducks, chickens, piggies, lambs, goats, 3 dogs and 3 cats around. The dogs have their own area. Enjoy the peaceful rural surrounds and wake up to the sounds of the country. Breakfast provisions are provided. The cottage has its own entrance with parking right outside.

Cabin life in the country

2 cabins side by side with a forever changing view. Peace and quiet in the country to relax and unwind with family or friends. Each cabin is identical with a queen size bed, fridge, microwave and tv. There’s a spa pool between the 2 cabins. A bbq to cook your dinner on. The ablution block consists of a shower and toilet which is 10 metres away from the cabins . Attached is an outside sink to wash any dishes. There’s also a gym to use which is free to guests.

Historical One Bedroom Cottage

Enjoy a night away in this recently refurbished historical cottage. Set on a working farm, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful views. Built in the 1800's, this cosy cottage retains its original character, with modern comforts. Located just 5km from Tikokino and the popular Sawyers Arms Hotel. There are horse paddocks available, with the option of riding on the farm on your own horses, please discuss to make arrangements regarding this.

Woodside Cottage

A quiet, relaxing self contained unit separate from the main house, located on the edge of Waipawa. Enjoy a drink on the deck looking out over the garden and listen to the birdsong. It's just a 10 minute walk to the shops, cafes, theatre and is handy to the cycle trails of Central Hawkes Bay. The beaches and Ruahine Ranges are not far away and it's only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Hastings or Napier.

Large lounge with fireplace. Covered parking is available. Alan is happy to share the 70 acre farm, forest and gardens and lives in the nearby house.
