Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Enjoy star gazing and hunting the Aurora Australis from your private deck. Located near South Arm (5 min) and Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a unique and detailed guest book. Perfect for a little get away to relax or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. A complimentary breakfast for the first morning is included to all our cherished guests. A 7kw EV charger is available on premises, please discuss the use of it with Karin.
