Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

Visit the nearby Brookton Market (24 beers on tap), or hike/bike in the nearby Shindagin Hollow Forest or the South Hill Rec and Dryden Rail trails. Take day trips to the Finger Lakes wineries and breweries, visit one of the many state parks or ski at Greek Peak. This is a perfect spot to stay for a visit w/ your Cornell or IC student!

Quiet, hilly, pretty 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st floor & queen & twin rooms on 2nd floor. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, many moviechannels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, large yard. There may be 2 nite minimum stay on some weekends.
